The room we stayed in was nicely furnished, with a cozy fridge and mini bar; the location was great, close to a restaurant, the town center, and in Spain.

Liked our well-appointed and reasonably large rooms in this hotel.
The room we had included central heating, a safe, and multi-channel TV. The bed was comfortable, slept good. The extremely helpful and very amiable staff provided all the necessary info. The location was comfy and good and the free parking was nearby. Btw, went to city center, located approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel...

It has particularly good location in Alsasua as it's near to the `` restaurant '' and the centre of town and Spain.

Our room was well-appointed with an excellent shower. Its location in Alsasua was convenient and close to the center of town. - It was also near the "restaurant" and Spain.

I really appreciated the contemporary decoration in the hotel. The art prints on the walls were attractive and added a touch of elegance to the place. The clever use of glass in the interiors made the hotel feel bright and modern. As a senior woman, I found the hotel to be easily accessible. The layout allowed me to move around comfortably, and the staff was always on hand to assist me if needed.
I wish the children working there had been more attentive to the needs of senior guests. It would have been nice if they had provided additional assistance or special services to cater to our specific requirements.

I absolutely adored the stylish decor of the hotel, with its contemporary interiors adorned with beautiful art prints. The use of glass throughout the hotel added a touch of elegance. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel's general areas. There were no stairs to navigate, making it easy for me to move around and enjoy my stay.
I would have loved if the children working there could have been a bit more attentive and accommodating towards senior guests.
